Sales Representative
Overview
Processes Payments by connecting consumers, merchants & issuers
Duties
• Cold-calling potential customers to grow market share in the assigned region.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales target
• Maintain cardio relationships with merchants.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Ensure end-to-end device deployment
• Present, promote and sell all products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Work with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
• Analyse the potential of the territory and keep track of sales and status reports.
• Gathering of market intelligence.
Required skills
• MS Office skills. (Knowledge of BRM and CRM processes will be an added advantage)
• Highly motivated and goal oriented.
• Sales experience in telecoms or FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Good bargaining, selling, and communication skills
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities are important.
• Skills in relationship management
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• A diploma in a business course, bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Having a motorbike license will be an added
• Advantage.
