JOB DETAILS:
• Homepro Enterprise Zambia Ltd is a subsidiary of Sunda International, the manufacturers of softcare babay diapers, sanitary pads and Twyford tiles.
• The Sales Supervisor (Sanitary Ware) is responsible for liaising with clients and customer service to handle order collection, product display organization, customer relationship maintenance, and market information gathering.

Roles And Responsibilities.
1 Daily Sales Work
• Collect sales orders and facilitate prompt customer order placement.
Assist customer service in invoice generation.
Achieve set targets for revenue collection and new product promotion.

2. Sales Data Analysis
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales data for assigned clients.
Identify and analyze abnormal sales patterns.
Identify and resolve reasons for sales decline.

3. Expand Channels
• Develop relationships with new customers.
Aid customers in expanding their sales channels.
Increase customer base and sales revenue.

4. Market Information Feedback
• Gather market information, including competitor pricing, promotional activities, supply and inventory status, customer feedback, and customer operational data.
Compile and report market information.
• 5. Participate in Adjusting Market Strategies
• Provide recommendations for adjusting future market strategies based on collected market data.
• 6. Customer Relationship Maintenance
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and suggestions.
Provide reassurance and address complaints, if any.
Collect customer suggestions

Skills And Qualifications.
• Education, Professional & Work Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Years of Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related job role.
Experience in sales of Sanitary Ware is a MUST
Abilities: Communication, Persuasion, Affinity, Organization, Analysis, Execution
Personality: Diligent, Proactive, Principled, Meticulous, Strong Sense of Confidentiality, Resilient under Pressure

Work Hours: 8
