Sales Trainer

The Sales Team is looking for a dynamic field-based training lead. The role of the sales trainer will be to deliver sales trainings as well as improve new DSR productivity across their respective regions.

Key Performance Indicators
• F-7 Productivity —Number of DSRs that make at least 1 sale within 7 days of registration
• F-30 Productivity — Number of DSRs that make at least 7 points within 30 days of registration
• DSR on boarding Training — 1 on-boarding training per service centre per month
• Other Trainings — DSR Career Trainings, FSM/SE Trainings, Other Trainings
DSR Documentation
• Ensure NO DSRs are trained without having all documents
• Custodian of DSR Onboarding Documentation- including being point person for all audits
Conduct On-boarding Training
• Actual content delivery
• Dissecting and executing M-30
Field Training
• Teaching, Demonstrating, Coaching and supporting new DSRs in the field to hit the above mentioned KPls
Reporting
• Responsible for providing reports to management to enhance visibility on field operations.

Education:
• Diploma holder / Degree holder

Experience:
• Experience in Sales – Preferred
• Experience in Training – Preferred

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent people skills; ability to work with a great array of people
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to handle conflict

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8


Level of Education:
Associate Degree
