Job brief
• We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads/prospective business into sales.
• Assist with generating leads and identifying potential clients.
• Work with the sales manager to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Assist the sales manager in preparing and presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Assist the sales manager to identify emerging markets and market shifts and also take note of new products and competition status.

Requirements and skills
• Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in insurance sales.
• Diploma in Marketing and Sales or a related field.
• Degree will be an added advantage.
• Generate sales leads and be able to convert leads into sales.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Business sense and industry expertise.
