JOB DETAILS:
• Are you an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with a strong background in the IT industry? We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients in the IT sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
