JOB DETAILS:
Alpha Quest Consultancy dealing in General Insurance products is looking for Sales and Marketing Manager to operate Lusaka on a well-paid and timely commission. .

Duties
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives through new business development.
• Exceed marketing and sales financial objectives and developing annual sales budgets.
• Identifies marketing opportunities to meet customers’ needs.
• Sustains rapport with key stakeholders.
• Protects organisation’s values and reputation on the market place
• Managing Customer queries and requests
• Managing Sales Agents and their annual sales targets
• Reporting to management on a weekly basis..

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
• Must hold a recognised Marketing and Sales Degree and/or Insurance Certification from a reputable institution.
• Have a minimum Grade 12 educational qualification.
• At least three (3) years relevant experience managing sales.
• Must have Insurance experience.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
