JOB DETAILS:
• Job Description:
As a Salesperson at our company, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our services. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
– Identify and reach out to potential clients who require our business advisory services.
– Develop and maintain a client database.
– Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and arrange meetings to present our services.
2. Product Knowledge:
– Develop a deep understanding of our services, including bookkeeping, taxation, business setup, and related offerings.
– Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
– Build strong relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication.
– Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide information about our services.
– Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Sales Targets:
– Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
5. Market Research and Strategy:
– Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
– Collaborate with the team to develop sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
– Knowledge of our industry and services is a plus.
