JOB DETAILS:
Libala Adventist School is a Christian school providing of education which trains the Head, the Heart and the Hand and also focuses on character building and skills of pupil in addition to academic training. The school is situated along chilimbulu Road at the corner of Nationalist Rd.
The School is looking for a suitable, dynamic and innovative qualified person to serve in the position of head Teacher. The candidate should be ready to provide leadership. The candidate should possess the experience required and must be dynamic, innovative and proactive leader to achieve a successful and sustainable growth of the school. The position will report to the School Board Chairperson. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the school delivers quality education in line with Education curriculum and Christian standards of the seventh Adventist church.
• Administer all academic requirements of the school
• To provide a conducive learning environment to both teaching staff and learners.
• Manage all aspects that impact quality education according to the mission of the school.
• To ensure that the school policies and procedures are implemented according to the school board requirements.
• To provide secretarial functions to the School Board.

  Job Qualifications:
• Possess a grade 12 school certificate
• A minimum of a degree in primary Education
• Minimum teaching experience of at least Five years with reputable schools
• Experience in the Similar or Senior position will be added advantage
• A member of Seventh Day Adventist church will be an added advantage
• Age between 35 to 50 years of age
• Computer Literate
• Able to write good reports for the school board
• Leadership skills
• Innovative and self-starter
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrate ability to handle complex and challenging situations
