School Manager
Overview
Alfa School is an independent Primary and Secondary School located in the Makeni Area of Lusaka. It was established on 26th December 2014 and had been running since.
Alfa School offers both ECZ and Cambridge curriculum and operates classes from Kindergarten to Grade 12. (K-12). Requirements:
• The Applicant for the role should hold a minimum of a taught Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or its equivalent from a recognised University.
• Must hold a first degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Management, Public Procurement, Education Administration or any related field.
• A qualification in ACCA, CIMA or ZICA will be advantageous
• At least 10 years experience in business, Operations and Administration; 5 years of which must be in a management roll
• School Management Experience is an added advantage
• Must be well acquainted with policies that govern School Operations
• Must be eager to revamp an indigenous School to meet international standards
• Must be familiar with the Secondary school pathways of Examinations Councils of Zambia (ECZ) amd Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE)
