JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to Head – Sungapo Sales, the Senior Customer Service Assistant will generate leads and manage sales and relationships with Sungapo Sales Customers

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Aggressive Sungapo account opening
• Generate leads and build client base
• Build and Maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Responding to customer queries
• Aggressive marketing and closing deals

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline
• 2 years sales experience in the Finance Sector
• Understanding of relevant legislation e.g. KYC, Anti – Money laundering

OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
