JOB DETAILS:
As a Senior Developer at Aeiforia Tech, you’ll work on projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible. You’ll have the freedom to take on complex technical challenges, and you’ll play a critical role in the architecture, development, and scaling of various tech products for our clients.
From leading projects in AI, blockchain, and web/app development, to ensuring secure platforms with next-gen cybersecurity, your impact will be felt across every corner of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development Projects: Architect, build, and deploy scalable, high-performance software applications.
Full-Stack Mastery: Manage both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust infrastructure.
Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with designers, product managers, and junior developers, ensuring smooth communication and best practices.
Innovate with AI & Blockchain: Explore and integrate new technologies like AI, machine learning, and blockchain into real-world solutions.
Cybersecurity Integration: Ensure platforms are secure, compliant with regulations, and able to handle evolving threats.
Optimize Performance: Identify areas for improvement and optimization in existing code, processes, and systems.
Build for Scale: Design systems that can handle high traffic, rapid growth, and scalability in both the front and back end.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on scalable web and mobile apps.
Expert in JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js for front-end development.
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP for back-end development.
Strong experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Hands-on experience with DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with blockchain development (Solidity, Ethereum, Hyperledger) and smart contracts.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, with experience securing web and mobile platforms.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
