Job summary
Reporting to the Head – Deposit Sales, the Senior Officer will generate leads and manage sales and relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Corporate

Job specifications
• Generate leads, sales and build the fixed deposit client base
• Achieve /exceed sales targets as communicated management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other business stakeholders
• Drive the company strategy towards customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide excellent client service and build sustainable relationships that enhance the Bayport brand
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner
• Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
• Responding to customer queries
• Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.

Minimum entry requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
• 3 years relationship management experience in the Finance Sector
• Knowledge of Financial Investment Products and financial markets.
• Understanding of relevant legislation e.g. KYC, Anti – Money laundering
• Driver’s license
