JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• As a senior software developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of software solutions for our organization and clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems using best practices and coding standards.
• Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in their work and promoting good development practices.
• Architectural Design: Collaborate with architects and other developers to define software architecture and ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Code Reviews: Review code written by other team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and solve complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high software quality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a software developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools, depending on the specific technology stack used in the organization (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Proficiency in mobile development (Native and Hybrid).
• Proficiency in API integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with specific technologies or frameworks relevant to the job (e.g., Spring, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Experience with Messaging Queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, APACHE Kafka).
Understanding of security best practices in software development.
