PURPOSE
• Pronto-Xi is an ERP tool used in the FQM group, which has integrated Financials, Supply Chain, Project, Maintenance and reporting needs to help business run its business
• Reporting to the ERP Support Lead, we are seeking a suitable candidate to provide ERP support, training and service improvements to the business and users within the group
• The ERP Pronto team, provides first level of support to users as part of a wider team, that can help, develop, and enhance their environment .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To Manage & Assist with Centralised helpdesk via email support, telephone as required
• To assist with fine tuning activities, and user processes and training
• Revising & Preparation of training documents, Video’s and On-Line training material. To support and improve user’s experiences, and supporting new capabilities in line with new Technologies and Changes in our Business environment.
• Prioritise the needs of each Request, by Operation, and Users, in conjunction with day to day tasks and Project deadlines.
• Prioritise the issue at hand, to minimise downtime, end user efficiency
• Enforce Company and Department Policies, Security Protocols, Change Control and Good Accounting Practices currently adopted by the group, through training, and advice given
• Daily proactive maintenance checks
• Maintenance and review of User Security in accordance with Corporate practices
• To Administer user access controls
• To manage and log software faults as required, with vendor, expedite issues
• Testing of processes, and procedures, upgrades, and patches before applying
• Follow internal controls policies
SAFETY:
• Maintaining a pro-active approach to all aspects of operational and behavioural safety and encourage teamwork within the department in line with FQMO company values.
• Proactively confront others about safety and security violations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• ACCA or CIMA
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with ERP Systems
• Previous knowledge of financial and administration procedures
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Mine Management Accounting or Cost Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis, Report writing, Problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, BI, SQL and Operating Systems, Pronto-Xi and Cognos
