JOB DETAILS:
Overall Mission of the Role:
• To operate Mobile Equipment and drive light vehicles on a shift basis in order to transport workers to/from factory and collect/deliver materials and spare parts to/from factory as instructed by superior.

Main Responsibilities:
• Drives a light vehicle on shift basis.
• Performs pre-shift checks on vehicle and reports any defects to shift manager.
• Cleans the vehicle after use.
• Operates/drives Mobile Equipment such as Backhole, Front End Loader, Skid, Forklift and water Bowser, and performs various tasks at the factory premises.
• Cleans and washes the Mobile Equipment before it is handed over for service
• Performs any other duties as required by the superior from time to time.
• Qualifications, Experience and skills required:
• Grade 12 with 5 ‘O’ Levels
• Competence Certificate(s) in Mobile Equipment Operations.

Technical Skills
• Competence certificate in driving Mobile Equipment.
• Ability to judge operational parameters for effective manipulation.
• Above normal driving skills to manipulate and handle vehicles and Mobile Equipment.
• Communication Skills and ability to read and write.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
