JOB DETAILS:
Preamble
The Zambia Health Education and Communication Trust (ZHECT) is an indigenous Zambian Non-Governmental, not for profit Organization (NGO), registered under the laws of Zambia and dedicated to providing high quality health services, social behaviour change interventions, research and capacity building for the improvement of the health status and general wellness of people.
Through its multi-project management portfolio, ZHECT has had to procure a number of promotional materials for use by the various field staff as they carry out their duties. In this regard, ZHECT is therefore seeking the services of a qualified graphic designer to help with development of a various promotional materials. .

Scope of work:
The consultant working closely with the relevant user department/s;
• Develop appropriate artworks of identified promotional materials using the approved brand and marking plan in line with both the donor and organization regulations
Deliverables:
• Quality graphic designs (Artworks) for the various materials in a version usable by the organization in subsequent procurement processes.
Proprietary rights:
• The artworks developed will solely remain the property of ZHECT and the consultant will not have any other rights to them.
Duration:
• The duration and working schedule of the consultancy will last for a maximum period of 5 working days from time of engagement.

Required qualifications and competencies
The successful candidate should have
• Graphic designer by profession
• Demonstrated past experience in graphic designing and provide proof of similar works done before -least 2 past similar works.
Payment conditions:
• Full payment will be made upon submission of final approved artworks.
