JOB DETAILS:
Cheshire Homes Society of Zambia intends to implement a 2 year COVID 19 response project to prevent and control the impact of COVID 19 pandemic on 1,500 youth and children with disabilities and their community in 3 districts of Lusaka Province by 2022 Outcomes and indicators have been formulated for five result areas.
Cheshire Homes has decided to conduct a rapid needs assessment to form the baseline for the project. All the results in the project need to have baseline figures generated and target group identified/mapped where they are located, access to services etc
Therefore Cheshire Homes Society of Zambia is seeking individual consultant or consulting firm to carry out a needs assessment that will establish baseline against each indicator given in the project documents. .

Qualification and experience
The consultant should have expertise in carrying out rapid needs assessments/baseline surveys. Should have good experience in participatory methods and tools. S/he should have competency in managing and organising and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data and information. Team leader should have minimum Masters Degree is social sciences or any other developmental field with minimum 10 years experience in undertaking similar type of studies.
