JOB DETAILS:
Job description
• Work closely with the Construction Manager to plan the project effectively
• Set up an emergency plan and general site facilities for the project
• Form and maintain storage facilities and manage stock planning
• Form a secure site, including access and egress
• Formulate a material schedule for the project
• Produce a labor schedule in conjunction with project progress
• Ensure the safety of manpower and machinery and provide first aid facilities
• Supervise and manage all site operatives
• Ensure that all works and materials used are as specified

Qualifications/Attributes
• BSc/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Registered member of EIZ
• 3-5 years experience in building construction supervision or related works
• Aged between 26 and 35 and resident of Lusaka
• Must have class C driver’s license.
• Capable of using drafting software such as AutoCAD/Revit
