JOB DETAILS:
1. Quality Assurance Training – Food safety; Animal well-being; Environmental stewardship; Worker safety; and Public health and the Community
2. Nutrition Training for the Farmer – Identify the foods that can improve nutrition at a pig farm; Malnutrition life cycle; and Improving nutrition in a pig farming family
3. Entrepreneurship training – Piggery as a business; Getting market information; Record keeping; and Legal compliance
4. Pig production/Animal husbandry – Feeding and feeds; Biosecurity; Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA); and Good Agriculture practices (GAP)
All applicants should indicate their daily rates in Kwacha and any other chargeable expenses.
