Job Description
We are looking for skilled and reliable Solar Systems Installers to join our team. As a Solar Systems Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. This position is an exciting opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector, contribute to sustainable solutions, and grow with an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Perform site assessments, system layout, and design adjustments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proper installation practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of existing solar installations.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide accurate project timelines and quality installations.
• Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation of all installations for warranties and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Solar PV Installation.
• Paid up EIZ membership
• Minimum of 2 years experience in solar PV installation (experience with off-grid and grid-tied systems is a plus).
• Knowledge of solar system design, installation practices, and relevant codes/standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
