JOB DETAILS:
Duties:
• Assist in the food and drink menu plan.
• Stand-in for the Executive Chef and manage the operations of the kitchen where applicable.
• Ordering of supplies to stock the kitchen.
• Assist in the training of kitchen staff.
• Manage the shift/work schedule of kitchen staff.
• Assist in ensuring that kitchen staff maintain applicable safety and sanitation standards as set by regulatory bodies.

Required:
• Certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or any related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years work experience as a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
• Knowledge of the Zambian environment & Market
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Experience in the use of computer will be an added advantage.
