You as a Kitchen Porter, are our kitchens backbone and Hygiene Hero, and we sing your praise loud and proud!

Key Responsibilities of Steward:
• Maintains supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots etc for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel
• Maintains a clean kitchen environment
• Completes work projects as assigned by Senior Manager

Requirements of Steward:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• 1-2 years experience as a Steward
• A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Kitchen Cleaning Chemicals and cleaning techniques

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: High School
