An opportunity exists for a talented individual who wishes to develop a career in this exciting industry as Stock Controller reporting to the Administration Coordinator. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that cycle counts are done on a daily basis and procedures done correctly
• Communicating to sales department when the products are close to expiry in order to minimize wastage
• Managing stock movements in the system, keeping stock and sales records and providing reports for the warehouses
• Ensuring that stock transactions from production to distribution are processed and reconciled accordingly on a daily basis
• Reconciling head office and branch stock transfers and ensuring correct stocks are transferred
• Providing information pertaining to stocks and sales to accounts and finance department

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma/Degree in Accounts or any related course
• 2 years experience
