JOB DETAILS:
Stock Controller
• The Stock Controller is responsible for all stock movements and transactions at the Process plant. This includes but not limited to Sage transactions, monitoring of PowerBi and Supervising the day-to-day activities of team members to ensure operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Processes all daily fish processes and dispatches in Sage.
• Ensures and track inventory accuracy and visibility.
• Monitors inbound and outbound daily warehouse operations, identify bottlenecks in the process and suggest solutions for continuous improvement in a timely manner.
• Ensures warehouse inventory KPI’s are consistently met and tracked regularly.
• Prepares, validates, and submits reports on inventory, material usage and efficiency for planning purposes.
• Manages and executes inventory stock-take process to assure high inventory accuracies.
• Maintenance of processing databases
• Logging software issues in tracker when bugs/issues are found.
• Implements, manages, and ensures SOPs are strictly adhered to by the team in operations to optimize inventory control.
• Responsible for quality of data capture and entry performed by the Data Clerks
• Ensures team compliance to health and Safety regulations

Requirements for the role:
• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with Credit or Better in Mathematics and English
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Two years experience in stock management in a FMCC industry
• Experience in Data management at a food processing plant a plus.
• Experience supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees.
