Overview
We are hiring!!!
• Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a stock/stores clerk to join their team and ensure that the warehouse or retail store’s inventory is managed effectively while also taking part in receiving shipments and organizing products in the store.

Responsibilities:
• Transferring stock inside the warehouse
• Assisting with stock-taking activities
• Notifying supervisors and managers of inventory levels
• Supporting the warehouse manager
• Manage and maintain the storage conditions of goods received in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Labelling items for pricing, storage and transfer
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
• Sorts and stocks products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Assists fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a Stock Clerk in a warehouse or retail environment or similar role
• Basic knowledge of using an ERP system may be beneficial
• Knowledge of forklift operations will be an added benefit
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• A friendly and hard-working disposition.
• Punctual with good time management skills.
• Ability to spend long shifts on your feet, perform physical labor, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
