Stores Controller (Location: Kitwe) Minimum Requirements: – • Degree level or its equivalent • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/Diploma in Accounting. • Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply/Equivalent recognized professional institute. • Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position in a reputable manufacturing organization • Experience in Stock takes and good housekeeping. • Experience in preparation of Standard Operating procedures and executing. • Coordinate Regular Inventory Audits • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word) and working experience with any ERP software • Keep updated Inventory records by supervising stock receipts and dispatch. • Preparation of Re-order level reports, Stock reports and Slow/Nov moving stock reports and any other reports required by management.
