JOB DETAILS:

• Success in this role requires ensuring that all inventory and warehouse management systems in place are compliant and maintained within agreed parameters accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to store standards outlined in the SOP Manual, including inventory management, cleaning, shelf/warehouse display, and shelf merchandising.
• Maintains responsibility for opening and closing inventory, ensuring precise coordination between the two.
• Complete all required paperwork and continuously review and adjust all inventory data collection throughout the business day.
• Ensure that all records of inventory transferred to satellite warehouses are updated and completed accordingly.
• Archive paper and copies of all inventory management documents (stock counts, warehouse transfers, packing slips, outbound slips, daily statements, etc.).
• Complete data entry for all inventory movements in inventory tracking software
• Produces fully timely and accurate reports (at administrator-determined intervals).
• A report that reconciles actual inventory figures with computer-generated post-inventory reports. Implement improvement processes and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply or related.
Knowledge in DEAR Inventory, Xero Accounting, Warehousing
3-5 year’s work experience
Business Acumen and Customer Service Orientation,
Honest and Integrous
Highly Organized
