JOB DETAILS:
Stores Officer – At Most K4,000.00 Per Month
Description
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• 28 – 35 Years of Age
• Certificate/Diploma in warehouse/ stores management or Purchasing and supply.
• One to two (2-3) years proven relevant experience in a similar role in a reputable organisation. Knowledge of the usage of Microsoft excel, word, Inventory systems
• Monthly stock take – report
• Collection of timely material requisitions and preparation of stock purchase budget.
• Receive, unpack, check and allocate purchased held stock items into store. Attend to discrepancies where necessary.
• Attend to internal and external customer requests for stock items, -Process stock requisitions and issue stock items
• Record all stock movements from the storeroom and updating the Stock list
• Preparation and submission of Timely report (stock list, Stock movement etc.)
• Maintains inventory management systems and processes issues and returns.
• Participates in cyclic and annual stock takes and perform random stock checks as required.
• Arrange transport and dispatch of assemblies to repairers and follow up completion and return.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse and assists with disposal of damaged and/or obsolete items. Skill set

Crane Truck Driver – At Most K3,000.00 Per Month
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar job working for reputable companies
• Valid PSV drivers licence class ‘GD’
• Must have valid Dangerous Goods and Defensive Driving Certificates
• Must be medically fit
• Clean driving record a must
• Able to pass random drug tests
