JOB DETAILS:
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Receives and inspects all goods purchased in order to ensure the same are in good condition.
• Raises goods received vouchers (GRN’s) for all store’s items received and enters particulars on BIN
• Cards in order to ensure that the delivery notes (DN’s) tallies with goods.
• Carries out and records periodical stock audits, physical checks and proper keeping of record in order to maintain an effective system of accountability for stocks.
• Monitors the level of stock items by maintaining minimum and maximum levels on the same and advises superiors in order to facilitate replenishment of the same.
• Control stock issues critically by scrutinising requisitions from user departments/ sections,authenticity of signatories in order to ensure the same are properly/ duly authorised.
• Prepares weekly, monthly and incidental reports on all stores operations and submits the same
To their supervisor for budgeting control purposes.
• Will be responsible for maintaining the quality and feed safety management system.

The Required Qualifications are:
• Full Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply management or related field
• 2 years relevant experience.

• Must be computer literate.
• Strong, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Paying attention to detail with analytical reasoning and competence.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must have an eye for improvement and value addition at all times.
