JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to the Manager, Health and Wellness, this role will focus on managing all aspects of onsite Health and Wellness, including clinical and wellness services. .

The incumbent will:
• Coordinate the delivery of all clinical health activities
• Be the relationship manager between the First Quantum sites in Zambia and the onsite clinical services provider
• Manage all clinical health contracts
• Oversee all emergency evacuations
• Keep medical emergency response procedures updated
• Manage all health referrals both in Zambia and out of country
• Manage the Company occupational health, wellness and onsite fitness teams
• Manage the company health assets including ambulances, the oxygen bank and other health equipment

Qualifications / Experiences:
• ± 10 years relevant experience
• Diploma/Degree in the health field
• Including 3 -5 years Supervisory experience
• Experience in remote areas in Africa will be beneficial
• Mining exposure will be advantageous
