JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Supervisor. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our team of Liaison Officers and will be instrumental in creating a seamless process for our clients, ultimately contributing to increased sales and the success of our firm.

Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Liaison Officers to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Process Improvement: Streamline and optimize our immigration consulting process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we consistently exceed their expectations.
• Sales Growth: Actively contribute to sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Compliance: Ensure that our operations adhere to all immigration regulations and standards, keeping up-to-date with industry changes.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on team performance, sales metrics, and process improvements to management.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in a related field (immigration law, business management, etc.) preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the immigration consulting industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
