Mukuba Tension Trust
Registration of Suppliers / Contractors for the Year 2022
Applications are invited from reputable registered companies to supply goods and services for the year 2022 in the following categories:
i. Construction and Property Maintenance Works: General contractors in painting, tiling, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, road resurfacing and paving, kitchen unit installations, civil works such as underpinning of buildings etc.
ii. Services: ICT; sanitation; motor vehicle repairs; landscaping and horticulture; security, air conditioning maintenance; printing and stationery, access control maintenance etc.
iii. Goods: Stationery and other office consumables; office equipment; furniture; uniforms, protective clothing electrical hardware; motor spares; computers and accessories etc.

A non-refundable registration fee of K350.00 is payable and suppliers should be willing to allow for a credit facility of 30 days.

Applications clearly marked "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2022" should be submitted to.

Conditions
Application forms should be accompanied by proof of payment of K350 registration deposited into the following Mukuba Pension Trust bank accounts:
1. Atlamara Account No. 0030845013006, Kitwe Branch and
2. ZANACO Account No. 0251939500234, Lusaka Premium House Branch.

Requirements:
Applications should be accompanied by a detailed Company Profile consisting of valid copies of Certificates of Incorporation, Tax Clearance Certificates and NCC Certificates for contractors
All applications should be received by 21st January 2022
Existing registered suppliers and contractors also need to re-apply.
