Suppliers Tender at United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Zambia
Request for Expression of Interest
UNICEF Zambia is seeking to register eligible locally based institutions for provision of goods, services and construction work. Ipsos Zambia research agency, as commissioned by UNICEF Zambia hereby invites expressions of interested (EOI) from interested institutions and suppliers by completing the supplier profile form. The exercise is aimed to shortlist/select preferred suppliers for procurement and contracting purposes.

Suppliers operating within one or more of the below sectors are invited to express their interest:
1. Commodities:
• Office Supplies: office furniture and fixtures, Office stationery supplies, tablets, phones, electrical supplies and equipment,
• Information Technology and Communication supplies, computer accessories and spare parts and related peripherals (computers, LCD projectors, VCD/VCR/DVD, cameras etc), printer, UPS, video conferencing system, photocopier, communication equipment, camera equipment, radios, mifi, power bank, mobile phone, etc
• Education Supplies: classroom supplies, educational kits and equipment (stationery, exercise books, ball point pens, etc), school furniture, recreation kits (sports and indoor recreation materials/equipment) and other learning materials.
• Printing and Promotional: Printing (including offset printing and digital printing) of publication materials, brochures, posters, banners, stickers, folders, billboards, signage, reports, registration books, booklets, T-shirts, caps, apron, hoodies, backpack, raincoat, umbrella, gumboots, chitenge wrapper, wrist brands, exhibition stands, etc
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Supplies: Drilling rigs, hand pumps and submersible pumps and spare parts, centrifugal pumps with pipes, solar submersible pumps and accessories, electric motors, UPVC pipes, casings and fittings, steel pipes, GI pipes, water storage tanks (different capacities), water treatment chemicals, collapsible and rigid jerry cans (10lt & 20lt), plastic buckets (20lt) capacity, foot operated handwashing station unit, incinerators, hygiene and sanitation supplies, such as bar soaps, hand sanitizer etc.
• Emergency Non-food Items (NFI) Supplies: Tarpaulins, blankets, plastic sheets, sleeping mats, emergency relief shelter and household supplies (cooking sets, plastic sheets, tents, etc), clothing materials, textiles blankets (fleece and wool), roofing sheets, etc
• Office Equipment: Generators sets and spare parts, Solar equipment and power system, first aid kit, – air-conditioners (installation and maintenance)
• Logistics/Transport Equipment and Spare Parts: Vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, ambulances, trucks (water tankers), tyres, camping equipment, warehousing equipment, storage containers, fuel bladders, and relevant supplies/spare parts
• Assistive Technology Equipment: Assistive equipment for adults and children with disabilities. Wheelchairs, dolphin screeners, braille voice recorders, Magnifiers, folding sticks, other braille equipment.
• Other Miscellaneous Supplies: oxygen cylinder, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), washable masks, electrical supplies, voltage regulators, security enhancement, metal detectors, X-ray machines, CCTV cameras, digital doorway, hospital, medical and laboratory supplies and equipment, fabricated containers.
