1. Sealed tenders are invited trom reputed Citizen Vendors for the supply, delivery testing, operationalizing and provision of support maintenance of the following!

Item Description: Heavy Duty-Bank Note Counting Machines

Delivery and operationalizing: 3 Weeks

2. Please note that the above quantities are indicative only os maybe increased or reduced depending on the prices of the best evaluated bidder

3. 4. Bidders wishing to participate must promptly forward their contact details to the Manager Procurement and Supplies on the above email address, for the purposes of receiving clarifications and any other additional information

5. Interested bidders shall only be eligible to participate upon payment of non-refundable fees of ZMW 500.00 for the bidding documents. Deposits will be made in below mentioned account and copy/proof of deposit receipt to be submitted along with bids:

6. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) a procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act, No. 8 of 2020. Therefore, Locol and International Bidders are exempted from participating in this tonder unless Citizen Bidders only for that reason, bidders will be required to provide proof that they are indeed wholly owned by Zambian Citizen/s.

Submission Procedure

7. Bids will be submitted as per instructions to bidders prescribed in the bidding documents, shall be well paginated, signed wherever required to do so and all pages initialed at the lower right hand comer by the tenderer.

8. The tender documents marked "Supply, Delivery, Testing, Operationalising and Provision of Support Maintenance of Bank Note Counting Machines - ONB/ZNBS/005/07/21”, must be deposited in the tender box at the below address on or before the last date and time of submission, which is Wednesday 6th October, 2021 at 10:30 Hours.

9. Bids shall be opened soon thereafter at the 3rd floor Boardroom in the presence of the bidder's representative(s) who choose to attend.

10. Late bids, portion of bids, bids not received, and bids not opened and not readout in public of the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation in respective of circumstances
