We are currently looking to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator for the East and Southern Africaregion to join our team in Zambia.

Main Purpose
Drive innovative collaborative supply chain solutions that deliver a competitive advantage by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing fresh product availability.
A day in the life of a Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Deliver Supply Chain value creation for Nestlé and the Distributor by:
• Understanding Distributor KPIs, agree targets with the Distributor, and report regularly against these targets
• Understanding and raise awareness of the Distributor’s Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestlé’s Supply Chain
• Build Customer Trust
• Monitor and Report stock levels, analyze and assist in determining optimum levels while ensuring tracking of Sell in Sell Out and timely submissions of the reports.
• Drive cross functional alignment
• In partnership with Distributors and Supply Chain, define and lead a common distributor strategy
• Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery
• Working with Distributor Managers, define joint improvement plans with distributors to enhance Nestlé’s “ability to win” by CFSC methodology
• Work closely with the various stakeholders to improve safety, security, and quality, environmental and statutory compliance in the entire distribution chain.

What will make you successful?
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration of equivalent
• Must have drivers licenc
• 2-3 Years’ experience in at least two of the following areas:
Customer Service
Demand & Supply Planning
Distribution/Materials Handling
Sales and/or Marketing
