JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Reporting to the Applications Administrator, the job holder will provide first level support on all
enterprise applications including the National Financial Switch (NFS).

Key Attributes & Skills
• Basic understanding of electronic banking transactions, payment cards, & switching systems.
• Solid knowledge of at least one programming language i.e. Python, Java, C#, or PHP.
• Should have good knowledge of SQL.
• Should have good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a team worker.
• Should have excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Innovative solution provider, capable of articulating new ideas and changes.
• Must be a multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced & changing environment.

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 School Certificate with at least a credit in Mathematics and any other subject.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Must be a member of a relevant Professional Body.
• At least Two (02) Years’ relevant professional experience.
