Job Title: Talent Requisition and Development Specialist
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager/HR Director
Location: Lusaka

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Requisition and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing and implementing talent development programs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Requisition (50%):
1. Manage job postings, applications, and candidate sourcing.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
3. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
5. Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding.
Talent Development (30%)
1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs.
2. Identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts.
4. Evaluate program effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting (10%):
1. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire).
2. Analyze training program ROI.
3. Provide insights for process improvements.
Other Responsibilities (10%):
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Maintain accurate records and databases.
3. Participate in special projects.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent development.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
