JOB DETAILS:
• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our integrated security technologies division in Zambia. The Technical Director will play a key role in shaping our company’s growth, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical team and provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and guidance in the planning and execution of integrated security technology projects.
• Oversee the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and other related solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customised solutions that meet the client’s security needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in security technology implementation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the security technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of integrated security technologies, including access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and related software platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
