JOB DETAILS:
The ideal candidate must have good experience and skills in all trades of event technology, especially video/hybrid. You will be the direct contact with clients at fixed venues. Productions mainly consist of corporate events in the hospitality sector.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
• Reporting To: Senior Project Manager
• Interacts With: Customer, Clients, Team and Management

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Direct contact with customers, effectively serving as a sales representative for existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and sell events
• Plan and sell the events technically and with accurate cost calculations
• Lead events on-site, manage and organize employees/freelancers and all trades involved.
• Accommodate spontaneous customer requests and always deliver on time

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
• Experience: 3 years plus
• Education Level: Degree
• Qualifications: Job related
• Software: MS Office
• Knowledge Of: Event Technology
• Skills To: Good experience and skills in all trades of event technology, especially video/hybrid
• Ability To: Work flexible hours, and after hours, due to events
• Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license
