• Are you tech-savvy with a passion for vehicles and electronics? Do you have what it takes to provide top-notch technical support and sales expertise? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Chipata, Eastern Province!

Job Description:
• GPS Device Installation: You’ll be responsible for the installation of GPS devices on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they’re equipped with the latest tracking technology.
• Troubleshooting and Device Configuration: Dive into the technical details, analyze root causes of issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Documentation: Keep meticulous records of service and installation actions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Investigate and address customer complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems to keep our clients satisfied.
• Confidentiality: Maintain customer confidence by treating service information with the utmost discretion.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Certificate in Automotive Electrical
• Experience in electrical wiring of vehicles
• Auto mechanic experience is a valuable addition
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Sales knowledge is a definite plus
