JOB DETAILS:
A Manufacturing Company in Ndola seeks to recruit a Technician / Fitter to do the following.
Responsibilities
• Lead & supervise team of operations
• Develop & implement maintenance schedule and procedures.
• Conduct repair works on plant machinery.
• Plant inventory management .
• Make sure plant equipment is in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot equipment to identify harzards and machine failure.
• Maintaining customer relations.

Requirments
• Proven experience in an industrial out fit( welding,cutting,brazing and maintenance)
• Knowlde of maintance practices.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Must have a full grade twelve certificate and a Diploma in Metal fabrication or equivalent.
• Must have not less than 5 years work experience in a similar position.
