JOB DETAILS:
Iridium Plus is seeking is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer with at least 12 year’s experience in the field of Project Management, Project Control and Technical Mobile Site Swap to provide training to Project and Junior Engineers and Technicians. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Communication. International experience Essential. Preferable experience with either Huawei or Ericsson. .

The ideal Candidate would possess the following Skills
• Computer Literate
• Able to provide training with new software programmes
• Able to Integrate and upgrade current software programmes.
• Liaise with potential local and international clients
• Able to train Junior Engineers and provide mentorship
• Project Implementation from Purchase orders to Issuance of Site equipment
• Training of handling equipment and how to meet project targets with customers and make sure to achieve each milestone on time
• Coordinate with Team Leaders & Site Engineers for project status and forecast
• Coordinate with Solar Suppliers prior to deployment of equipment on or before RFI
• How to Manage subcontractors in the implementation of projects
• Attend regular meetings with customers, subcontractors and Technicians.
• Review Site Acceptance and As built Documents for Network Operation Turn-over
• Update Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP)
• Manage Project Engineers
