JOB DETAILS:
The Successful candidate will report to the Telesales Supervisor .
Job Responsibilities:
• Completing customer calls
• Generating and capturing orders
• Capturing and filing all processed orders on a daily basis
• Ensuring that all customer queries are attended to
Job Skills:
• A full grade Twelve certificate
• Certificate in marketing added advantage
• At least 6 months working experience in Marketing/Sales
• Hard working, honest and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good customer relations
