TENDER FOR THE PROCURMENT OF SERVICES OF HUMAN RESOURCES OUTSOURCING (HRO) SERVICE PROVIDER
1. Quotations are invited from Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Service providers, for procurement of services of following types of personnel on outsourced basis-
• General Workers
• Casual Workers
• Seasonal Workers
• Product Packers

2. The selection criteria for each tenderer are as specified in the tender document:
a) Economic and financial capacity-
• Service Provider to attach copies of Audited Accounts for the last year for which accounts have been closed.
b) Professional capacity-
• Has a professional certificate appropriate to this contract, such as a Business Certificate and other statutory licenses necessary for operation as a Human Resource outsourcing entity. Service Provider to attach all statutory certificates relevant to this tender.

3. Bidders may obtain the bid document from Wilmar Industries Zambia Limited, Plot no.3083 & 4303, Industrial Area, Nakambala Road, P.O. Box 230012, Lusaka, Zambia or may contact the office via this email- address: global.info@zm.wilmar-intl.com

NOTE: ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from Wilmar Industries Zambia Limited Offices in Ndola.

5. The bids must be sent clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE PROCURMENT OF SERVICES OF HUMAN RESOURCES OUTSOURCING (HRO) SERVICE PROVIDER." and addressed to the Chief Financial Officer, Wilmar Industries Zambia Limited and submitted 14 days from the date of this advert at 10:30 hour's local time.

6. The bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Wilmar Industries Zambia Limited 14 days from the date of this advert at 10:30 hour's local time.
