INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STAFF UNIFORMS TO THE NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME AUTHORITY ON A THREE-YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - NAPSA/DHRA/15/24
The aforementioned tender has been invited by the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) through the electronic Government Procurement System (e-GP system) platform.
The e-GP system is hosted by the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA).
The tender will be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023 and the Public Procurement Regulations Statutory Instrument No. 30 of 2022 and is open to all eligible Citizen and Local Bidders.
However, Local Bidders shall be required to partner with Citizen Bidders. The solicitation document can be accessed via the ZPPA website. www.zppa.org.zm. The solicitation document has also been posted on NAPSA website www.napsa.co.zm.
Bidders should pay attention to the following dates:
Floatation date: Wednesday 24th July 2024
Pre-bid Meeting: Tuesday 13th August 2024 at 10:00 hours via Microsoft Teams using the link in the solicitation document.
Tender closing: Friday, 30th August 2024, at 10:30 hours, on the e-GP System. Samples will be submitted physically through the Procurement Unit on the first floor NAPSA Head Office.
