TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THREE (03) 6 X 6 MOTOR VEHICLES (Trucks)
The Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit in the Office of the Vice President intends to procure Three (03) 6 x 6 Motor Vehicles.
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Zambia Public Procurement Guidelines and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Document.
The Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit in the Office of the Vice President now invites sealed bids from eligible and interested suppliers for the supply and delivery of Three (03) 6 x 6 Motor Vehicles.
A complete set of the Solicitation Document in English language may be collected by the bidders at the address below;
Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit, Office of the Vice President, Plot No. 25 Tito Road, Rhodespark, P.O. Box 38963, Lusaka, Tel: +260211252692 or +260211256229. HOWEVER, TELEFAX/ELECTRONIC OFFERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration duly signed and sealed by the guarantors. All bids should be bound and sealed in envelopes, clearly marked "OVP/DMMU/OPS/01/2023 tender for the Supply and Delivery of Three (03) 6 x 6 Motor Vehicles" and should be deposited at the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit, Office of the Vice President, Plot No. 25 Tito Road, Rhodespark, P.O. Box 38963, Lusaka, Tel: +260211252692 or +260211256229 before Monday, 4th September, 2023 at 14:30 local time.
Please note that under this invitation eligible bidders should be those that have supplied similar Motor Vehicles.
The closing date for the receipt of bids is Monday, 4 September, 2023 at 14:30 hours local time. The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the conference room at the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE OR ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
