Population Services International (PSI) Seeks an Experienced Property Management Firm to Manage two PSI-Owned Properties in Lusaka, Zambia
The property management firm will oversee two properties in the Chinika Industrial and Jesmondine Areas in Lusaka, Responsibilities will focus on property-related vendor operations and compliance management. The firm will manage relationships with external vendors related to the maintenance, payment, upkeep, and security of PSI's properties. It will coordinate the handling of on-site small maintenance, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, construction, repair etc., issues and ensure that properties are cleaned and well maintained. The firm will guarantee tax, legal, and contract compliance with city authorities plus oversee and update PSI on the performance of vendors and contractors.
The property management organization will also support PSI in financial and accounting services, such as collecting bills related to vendor payments, utilities, and building maintenance. If requested, the firm will aid PSI in the sale of properties. It will prepare, review, and submit invoices on PSI's behalf and confirm alignment with budgetary expectations as well as assist PSI with creating annual budgets for property costs and year end projections.
The firm will provide experienced administrative services by offering PSI monthly summary reports of activities conducted. It will consistently organize and maintain preferably digital records of all work orders, inspections, correspondences, evidence of non-compliance, and all official documentation on PSI's behalf. PSI requires the firm to communicate readily and effectively. It will notify PSI immediately about deviations from routine operations, particularly related to PSI's asset security, remind PSI of pending violations, secure necessary authorization from PSI, offer recommendations for improvements to operations management, and respond to all written correspondence in a timely fashion.

PSI is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal and reserves the right to accept any proposal in whole or in part and to reject any or all proposals. PSI shall not be legally bound by any award notice issued for this SOW until a contract is duly signed and executed with the winning bidder.
