Tender for Provision of Horticulture and Landscaping Services to Mulungushi Village Complex Limited (MVCL)

MVCL has made a provision in the 2021 budget towards the provision of horticultural and landscaping services to the MVCL villas and now intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract.

MVCL now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to tender for provision of horticulture and landscaping services to the seventy-three (73) villas. Interested bidders may obtain further information and collect the bidding documents from the MVCL Accounts Office between 09:00 to 16:00 hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Kwacha (K500)

Submission Procedure
Sealed bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the MVCL reception not later than 28th December 2021 at 10:30 hrs local time. The bids shall be opened thereafter in the Board Room in the presence of the firms' representatives who shall choose to attend.
Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bidders are requested attend a mandatory a site visit to be conducted on 7th December 2021, at 10:30 hours.

All written queries must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Mulungushi Village Complex Limited, PO Box 37157, Kalundu Lusaka. The queries must be submitted to the above address at least five (5) days before tender closing.
