The University intends to develop its land on the Great East Road Campus under the following project:
THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT HOSTELS, HOUSING, COMMERCIAL FACILITIES AND SPORTS COMPLEX AT THE GREAT EAST ROAD CAMPUS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ZAMBIA VIA PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP USING THE DESIGN, BUILD OPERATE AND TRANSFER (DBOT) Model

As a result, the University intends to recruit a Transaction Advisor (TA) to provide advisory services for the same project. The University Procurement Committee now invites eligible firms to submit Expressions of Interests for these services. The EOIs or statements of qualifications should provide detailed information on the following:
a) Firm's company profile which should include information pertaining to PACRA Registration Tax Clearance Certificates and Social Security Compliance Certification
b) Indicate under which name(s) and for how long the firm has been providing similar Services:
c) Information on positions and summary of experience of key personnel or experts
d) Proof of Registration with Professional bodies for both Firms and above key personnel
e) Information on the experience of the firm(s) in the execution of similar projects over the last three to five (03 to 05) years in terms of volume and value including the following
i) Organization to which the service or project was provided:
ii) Name and location of project
iii) At least (01) referee for assignment of a similar nature

All queries must be addressed to the Manager Procurement at the University of Zambia Great East Road Campus, P.O. Box 32379 Lusaka, Zambia Tel: 0211250741. Email: pmanager@unza.zm and must be in writing. The queries must be submitted to the above address at least Seven (7 No) days before the qualifications are submitted

Submission Procedure
The Expressions of Interest must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTS FOR THE PROVISION OF TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ZAMBIA". Note that email or Telefax offers will not be accepted

Interested firms must submit one (1 No.) original copy marked "ORIGINAL" and four (4 No) copies marked "COPY" all sealed in one envelope. These must be deposited in the tender box situated on the 4 Floor, Central Administration Building at the University of Zambia Great East Road Campus not later than Tuesday 19th April, 2022 at 10:00 Hours local time

The Submissions shall then be opened immediately thereafter in the Senate Chamber situated on the 4 Floor of the Central Administration Building at the University of Zambia Great East Road Campus in the presence of firms’ representatives who shall choose to attend
