INVITATION FOR BIDS

TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY. DELIVERY. INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AND ACCESS DOOR CONTROL SECURITY SYSTEM AT TEVETA.

The Technical Education, Vocational & Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) has made provisions in its 2021 budget under the 2020 retained funds for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the closed Circuit Television and Access Door Control System at TEVETA offices located at Birdcage Walk, Longacres in Lusaka, Zambia. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011.

The TEVETA Procurement Committee now invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of the Closed Circuit Television and Access Door Control System at TEVETA offices located at Birdcage Walk, Longacres in Lusaka, Zambia

A complete set of bidding documents in 'English' may be purchased by interested bidders from TEVETA offices upon payment of five hundred kwacha (K500.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency at the current prevailing rate in cash or banker's Cheque.

Submission Procedure

All bids appropriately bound, sealed and clearly marked in bold 'Tender for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the Closed Circuit Television and Access Door Control System at TEVETA offices' and addressed to the Director General, TEVETA and must be deposited in the Tender Box on the 1st floor at TEVETA offices, on or before Friday 25 June, 2021, 14:30hrs local time

The bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the conference room on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. However, late, faxed and electronic bids will not be accepted.
